Meet Jocelyn (She/Her)
Sex is a window in
I am frequently asked about my work as a sex therapist and how I ended up in this field having started out as a Registered Nurse four decades ago.
Sex, sexuality and intimacy are a fundamental part of our humanity and key to our health and wellbeing: we are all sexual beings from the time we are born to the time we die. Yet, this universal aspect is highly personal, which is why I endeavour to always provide a confidential, safe and nonjudgemental space for my clients for whatever shows up.
By developing language and skills to honestly and safely communicate our sexual needs and desires, we can deepen the level of connection to ourselves and our partners. In fact,
I believe that many relationships could be saved if these skills were put into practice.
This is why I am both a sex therapist and relationship counsellor. What happens sexually is a window into all aspects of a relationship and the reverse is true.
Sex rarely stands alone, which is why I’ll walk beside you on your journey to a healthy and fulfilling sexual life. I’m simply a call away.
What happens sexually is a window into all aspects of a relationship and the reverse is true.
